Many foreign nationals have obtained their licenses at Asahi motor school.

The provisional license and the main license examinations can be taken at the prefectural testing center in English, Chinese, Portuguese, and Vietnamese.
The provisional license test (in English) can be taken at the Asahi motor school.

Textbooks in English, Chinese, Portuguese, and Vietnamese are available for purchase.
The instructor will speak to you in Japanese.
